I had a very simple requirement to return our status to Joint Tenants but found suggested lists of Conveyancers and Solicitors would never return a phone call or email despite promising to do so. It was clear that they wanted the major stuff and I was beginning to lose hope when I found that all I needed was a Deed of Trust but luckily I found such an organisation of that name which would undertake the work at a fixed moderate rate. This would include all the forms necessary to send to Land Registry. The service was first class and they did all that was promised to a high standard. My problem is now solved and I have the Deeds back and complete. I would not hesitate to recommend them and their expertise.
