We were concerned that by using an internet based service we would save money but that the service might be inferior to a high street solicitor – however we were totally wrong on this! The service supplied by Deed of trust in general and by Bully Rai in particular was outstanding. We found Bully to be extremely efficient and more approachable than any solicitor we have used in the past.

The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic. You have to do some research and be confident in what you are doing, but they are also very helpful and quick. I had my deed of trust delivered in less than 48 hours. Bully Rai was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to ensure that I was on the right track with the deed of trust. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.
