After phoning numerous solicitors asking for price and information on obtaining a deed, to be met with vague answers or not even getting a call back, I used this service which I found to be easy and very efficient Price is also very reasonable compared to solicitors fees! The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic. You have to do some research and be confident in what you are doing, but they are also very helpful and quick. I had my deed of trust delivered in less than 48 hours.
