We used Deed of Trust as opposed to other online companies as the feedback they gave from our initial enquiry was very clear and they understood our specific situation, which was slightly different to new “tenants in common” agreements as we just wanted to change the percentages of the holdings.

The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic.
