I was very impressed with the speed and clarity of response to my questions (In the customer chat box) which in turn enabled a swift production of the Deed of Trust. The process of submitting information was straight forward and user friendly. The Draft Deed was available within 48 hrs and there was an opportunity to ask further questions.
