The Deed of Trust service was very good. We picked the site from recommendations and searches and admittedly took a bit of a punt on the service. We were pleased with the speed of turnaround, the ease of drafting and the end product. The service was priced below the quotes offered to us by our bank’s solicitors and also quicker in terms of dealing with our enquiry than any local legal firm. We would recommend this service.

The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic. You have to do some research and be confident in what you are doing, but they are also very helpful and quick. I had my deed of trust delivered in less than 48 hours. Bully Rai was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to ensure that I was on the right track with the deed of trust. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.
