Having done lots of research into Deed’s of Trust – we were a little sceptical at first because of the difference in price between deedoftrust.co.uk and high street solicitors offices.
Having now used the service, I can recommend it wholeheartedly – before applying, I sent a number of emails for advice and clarification on what the deed could contain and received prompt, thorough and personalised guidance back. Our advisor, Bully Rai processed our Deed and was highly efficient, professional and helpful. He sent us our draft and when we had a number of changes we wanted made these were done very quickly in accordance with our wishes. All told, the process was very fast and is amazing value – highly recommended.
