I found the website easy to understand and the application process simple and straightforward. Your advisor responded with a draft document very quickly and actually spotted an error on the property’s title deed which I followed up with the original conveyancing solicitors. Overall, an effective service delivered professionally and responsively.

The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic. You have to do some research and be confident in what you are doing, but they are also very helpful and quick. I had my deed of trust delivered in less than 48 hours.
