Discussed a Deed of Trust with two solicitors who quoted £400. Whilst I was on the phone to Bully he checked my deeds instantly online with the Land Registry and found that no deed of trust was required as it was already stated on deeds.

The help these guys are providing for a small cost compared to many of the solicitors out there is fantastic. You have to do some research and be confident in what you are doing, but they are also very helpful and quick. I had my deed of trust delivered in less than 48 hours. Bully Rai was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to ensure that I was on the right track with the deed of trust. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.
